Do you offer consignment?

Can you source for wines not found on your website?
Certainly, we can help to source for the wines which you have in mind.
Can you process my order as a gift?
Of course, we can. Kindly provide us with the recipient’s details for delivery. Gift boxes are also available for purchase.
How to use my discount code?
When you are ready to proceed with payment, click on the 'Check Out' button. You will be directed to the 'Customer Information' page where you may enter the discount code under order summary. Only one discount code will be accepted for each order. If you are already using an automated discount, the discount code field will not be shown. For assistance, kindly contact us at +65 81122993 or email us at sales.vinivino@gmail.com.
Which payment mode and currency do you accept?
All payment shall be in Singapore dollars. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard & American Express. PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayNow, cheques and cash are also accepted. Payment by cheque are to be crossed and made payable to 'VINI VINO'. Payment via internet banking and PayNow, kindly transfer payment to the following account.

Do you charge any Goods and Services Tax (GST)?
Are the wines without inventory shown available?
Yes, they are. As we carry over 1000 different labels and have several sales channels, we try our best to keep the inventory updated. Kindly note that only wines with limited stock left will be indicated. We apologize in advance should your choice of wine be unavailable.
What if the product I ordered is out of stock?
When the products ordered are out of stock, we will inform you via email or SMS within one working day. If there are other products which you are keen on, we can amend your order accordingly or proceed with a full refund for the products that are not available.
Kindly note that all our wines are on rolling vintages. When a vintage runs out, we will move on to the next vintage. You are welcome to check the stock availability and vintages with our friendly staff before ordering.
Confirmed incoming shipments will be available for pre-order. All pre-orders are subjected to the same delivery charges. If you are pre-ordering for different shipments, charges will be applicable for each delivery that is below $200.
Deliveries & Collections
When will my wines be delivered?
Our standard delivery is within 3 working days. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next working day. For weekend deliveries, please place your orders before 1:00 PM on Wednesday.
If you have any preferred delivery date and time, kindly indicate them during check out. We will try our best to accommodate to your request. However, we seek your kind understanding that it is subjected to availability.
Can I change the delivery date or address?
If you would like to make any changes, kindly inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be processed as urgent order and a surcharge of $10 will be applicable. 'No-show' or failed delivery will be charged at $20 for re-delivery.

We offer daily delivery from Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 10 PM.
Deliveries on Public Holidays are subjected to availability.
If you have a preferred delivery date & time, kindly indicate during check out, under 'Special instructions for seller'. Our delivery slots are from 10 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 6 PM & 6 PM to 10 PM. We will try our best to accommodate to your request. However, we seek your kind understanding that it is subjected to availability.
I am a tourist, can you deliver to my hotel/hostel/airbnb?
I will be dining at a BYO restaurant, can my wines be sent there?
Certainly, we can deliver to the restaurants of your choice. Kindly provide us with the reservation details in order for the relative establishments to accept the delivery on your behalf.
Can I arrange for self-collection?
Our self-collection service has been discontinued as of 1st April 2019.
We seek your understanding that all request for self-collection will NOT be entertained.

Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of orders within 24 hours of ordering, will be subjected to $10.00 or 10% of order value, whichever higher, as administrative charges. Cancellation of orders within 24 hours before scheduled delivery, 50% of total order amount will be chargeable. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment mode.
Can I refund my wines?
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. We will be more than happy to exchange or refund your order.
Kindly note that all stocks have to be in re-sellable conditions for return. Stocks not in re-sellable conditions will be considered sold. Eg. wine label torn, foil opened, etc. We do not provide refund or exchange for old vintage wines that are 10 years or older.
