Yes, they are. As we carry over 1000 different labels and have several sales channels, we try our best to keep the inventory updated. Kindly note that only wines with limited stock left will be indicated. We apologize in advance should your choice of wine be unavailable.
When the products ordered are out of stock, we will inform you via email or SMS within one working day. If there are other products which you are keen on, we can amend your order accordingly or proceed with a full refund for the products that are not available.
Kindly note that all our wines are on rolling vintages. When a vintage runs out, we will move on to the next vintage. You are welcome to check the stock and vintage with our friendly staff before ordering.
Our standard shipping is within 1 to 3 working days. For weekend deliveries, please submit your orders before 6:00 PM on Wednesday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day. If you have any preferred delivery date and time, kindly indicate them during check out. We will try our best to accommodate to your request. However, we seek your kind understanding that it is subjected to availability.
If you would like to make any changes, kindly inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be processed as urgent order and a surcharge of $10 will be applicable. 'No-show' or failed delivery will be charged at $20 for re-delivery.
Certainly, your order will be delivered to the reception/concierge and you may collect them at your convenience. Kindly provide us with the guest name and arrival date in order for the relative establishments to accept the delivery on your behalf.
Cancellation of orders after 24 hours of ordering, will be subjected to $10.00 or 10% of order value, whichever higher, as administrative charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment mode. Cancellation of orders within 24 hours before scheduled delivery or collection time, 50% of total order amount will be chargeable.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. We will be more than happy to exchange or refund your order.
Kindly note that all stocks have to be in re-sellable conditions for return. Stocks not in re-sellable conditions will be considered sold. Eg. wine label torn, foil opened, etc. We do not provide refund or exchange for old vintage wines that are 10 years or older.
Vouchers redeemed with reward points can only be used for online purchases. Vouchers are non-refundable, cannotbe exchanged for cash in part or full and are not valid for use with other discount code. All vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
