Tasting Notes : The aromas of spices such as white pepper or clove stand out. The aromas of forest fruits (raspberries and blueberries) are also dominant and you can appreciate a light touch of tobacco leaf and a very marked balsamic aftertaste. These notes are repeated in the mouth, where the acidity, so characteristic of the toast, is already very balanced despite the youth of the wine.
