Q: Must I order online?

Q: Are the wines without inventory shown available?
A: Yes, they are. As we carry over 1000 different labels and have several sales channels, we try our best to keep the inventory updated. Kindly note that only wines with limited stock left will be indicated. We apologize in advance should your choice of wine be unavailable.
Q: Do you offer consignment?
A: No, we do not offer consignment.
Q: Do you supply to private events or weddings?
A: Yes, we do. Kindly contact us for a quotation at +65 81122993 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can you source for wines that are not listed on your website?
A: Certainly, we can help to source for the wines which you have in mind.
Q: Can you process my order as a gift?
A: Kindly provide us with the recipient’s details for delivery. Gift cards & gift boxes are available with additional charges.
DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS
Q: When will my wines be delivered?
A: Our standard shipping is within 1 to 3 working days. For weekend deliveries, please submit your orders before 6:00 PM on Wednesday. Kindly indicate your preferred timing during check out.
Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A: If you would like to change the delivery address, kindly inform us at least 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
Q: Can I arrange for alternative self-collection location?
A: In order to facilitate easy self-collection for all our customers, we only have one location available. Self-collection details can be found on our 'Contact Us' page. Thank you for your kind understanding.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellation of orders after 24 hours of ordering, will be subjected to $10.00 or 10% of order value, whichever higher, as administrative charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment mode. Cancellation of orders within 24 hours before scheduled delivery or collection time, 50% of total order amount will be chargeable.
Q: Can I refund my wines?
A: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. We will be more than happy to exchange or refund your order.
Kindly note that all stocks have to be in re-sellable conditions for return. Stocks not in re-sellable conditions will be considered sold. Eg. Wine label torn, foil opened, etc. We do not provide refund or exchange for old vintage wines that are 10 years or older.
