Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow and fine and persistent perlage, the nose introduces notes of citrus and white flowers. Pleasantly savory in the mouth, of great finesse. Part of the grapes come from the highest vineyard of Barone Pizzini, Pian delle Viti. The calcareous soil gives it a pleasant spicy note. Franciacorta biting in the marrow.
