Dimchurch Shiraz is powerful wine sourced from the Hoffman Vineyard in the high quality sub region of Ebenezer in the Barossa. As you would expect from a Chris Ringland wine, it is big, concentrated with a stunning array of black fruits, liquorice, stewed plums, vanilla and spice and has a very generous mouth feel and an infinite length.
Decant for 1 hour before serving at 17-18℃.
