Tasting Note : Mas Sardana presents a shiny golden layer with green hues, a constant string of fine bubbles. The nose has floral aromas reminiscent of spring, light citrus fruit and yeast reminiscent of pastries. The palate shows a prudent entry with fine bubbles very well integrated, excellent acidity that adapts very well with a bitter end that gives strength and complexity.
