Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour. Aromas of red fruits, morello cherry, chocolate, tobacco, herbs, cloves, anise, cinnamon and leather. Medium to full-bodied, velvety texture with soft and elegant tannins. Well-balanced, with a long and fascinating finish. Excellent in combination with braised meet in red wine, pappardelle with ragout and matured cheese. It is advisable to decant for at least half an hour before serving at 18-20 °C.
