Tasting Notes: A dry and brisk wine, typical of Chablis. Brilliant yellow-green colour. The aromas are reminiscent of lemon, citrus, asparagus. On the palate, the first sip offers is clear-cut and fresh impression, with a nice texture. Long on the aftertaste, with fruity as well as mineral flavours; becomes slightly honeyed when the wine is more evolved.
Vintage : The wines deliver superb aromas. They are rich, supple and offer a long aftertaste. The 2015 vintage is a faithful expression of the briny qualities associated with this appellation.
Drink now or cellar for up to 7 years. Best enjoyed at 12 to 13°C.
