Tasting Notes : Complex aromas of stone fruits, brioche and pears, with subtle cinnamon spice toasted notes from the oak. The palate is textured with a generous expression of fruit, while retaining a lightness that allows the minerality of the wine to flow through. The flavours apparent on the nose are reflected on the palate. There is a wonderful harmony and drinkability to this wine, but it will age comfortably in the cellar for up to 10 years. Fruit and oak are beautifully balanced. This is a subtle and complex expression of Margaret River Chardonnay.s
Aged for 9 months on lees in French oak barrels, followed by 6 months in bottle before release. Certified organic by NASAA.
