Tasting Notes: Extremely perfumed and fresh with dried flowers, cherries, strawberries. Medium-to full-bodied with an oily texture and lovely soft tannins. Lots of spices and fruit. Earth, too. This uses about 30% whole-berry fermentation. Long maceration after alcoholic fermentation. Bright fruit. No wood. All cement.
