Tasting Notes: Bright ruby color. The first nose of the Tinto shows of plums, black cherries and black currants. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to lamb stew with chickpeas and dried figs, goose breast with ginger red cabbage and marjoram or vegetable couscous with beef meatballs.
