Order & Delivery

Q: How to place an order?

Q: Do you offer consignment for private events or weddings? 
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer consignment. For bulk orders, kindly contact us for quotation at +65 81122993 or email us at 

Q: Can you process my order as a gift?
A: Yes, we can. Gift boxes are also available for purchase. Payment details will not be sent to the recipients. 

Q: Are the prices inclusive of GST?

A: As we are not GST registered, all prices shown are nett prices and not subjected to any prevailing GST.

Q: Can I arrange for self-collection?

A: Our self-collection service has been discontinued as of 1st April 2019. We seek your understanding that all request for self-collection will NOT be entertained. We provide free delivery to one local address for orders above $200. Additional locations will be chargeable at $15/location. $15/location delivery charge will be applicable for orders below $200.

Urgent deliveries are subjected to an additional charge of $20/location. Please contact us at +65 81122993 if you would like to place an urgent order.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Our standard delivery is within 3 working days. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next working day. For weekend deliveries, please place your orders before 1:00 PM on Wednesday.

If you have any preferred delivery date and time, kindly indicate them during check out. We will try our best to accommodate to your request. However, we seek your kind understanding that it is subjected to availability.

For change of delivery address, kindly inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Rescheduling on the scheduled delivery date will be processed as urgent order and a surcharge of $15 will be applicable. 'No-show' or failed delivery will be charged at $20 for re-delivery.

Cancellation & Refund

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Cancellation of orders within 24 hours of ordering, will be subjected to $10.00 or 10% of order value, whichever higher, as administrative and transaction charges.

Cancellation of orders within 24 hours before scheduled delivery, 50% of total order amount will be chargeable. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment mode.

Q: How to return my order?
A: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 working days from the date of delivery. Return orders may be subjected to collection charge of $15 and cancellation policy on a case by case basis. 

​Kindly note that all stocks must be in re-sellable conditions for return. Stocks not in re-sellable conditions will be considered sold. Eg. wine label torn, foil opened, etc. We do not provide refund or exchange for old vintage wines that are 10 years or older.
