Tasting Notes: Full-bodied, expressive and mineral orange wine produced by Radikon from Pinot Grigio grapes, called Sivi in Slovenian language, with maceration on the skins and aged for 18 months in large barrels. The aromas recall those of a red wine: red fruit and spices. The sip is intense, rich and very long, with very sapid aromatic trails and a very fine tannins.Â
Radikon wines are made using Old Style Artisanal Methods, No added sulfites. Natural wine macerated on grape peel and indigenous yeasts.
