Tasting Notes: The color is golden with green reflections, the bubbles are delicate and persistent. The nose reveals a strong belonging to its origins, the calcareous soil gives it that very airy and delicate sensation, at the same time it is concentrated, complex and sober, revealing aromas of pear, lime, white pepper, orange blossom, hints of licorice and slightly toasted notes. The attack on the palate is vibrant, with great aromatic refinement that leads us to a persistent minerality and tone accompanied by a nice soft freshness. The finish is refined and concentrated, giving aromas of white fruit, grapefruit, mint and a slight hint of honey.
