Tasting Notes: Brilliant straw yellow colour with green reflections. Intense fruity aroma, excellent persistence. Notes of ripe tropical fruit such as mango, banana and yellow melon. It goes well with sauced fish, shellfish and vegetable creams. Excellent in combination with white meats.
