Tasting Notes: We love the light pink color of the skins of the blue Trepat grape. Its bubble is refined and not overpowering. We taste an explosion of red fruits, such as currant, blackberry, raspberry and strawberry, combined with citrus, dairy and some delicate notes of toast and caramelized almonds.
