Tasting Notes: This Champagne Brut Reserve is made from the first cuvees of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier that have been selected from the best coteaux of the terroir, its long ageing offering guaranteed quality. Indeed, the cuvee is elevated in the cellars for 42 months before being disgorged and subjected to further ageing for 6 months.
A classic and structured Champagne, well balanced in its aromas and palate. The preponderance of Pinot Noir makes its influence felt, making it suitable for drinking with first courses and white meats. Serve at 4°C, taking care to uncork the bottle 10 minutes before serving the Champagne.
