This is an expressive, fresh and vivacious wine, with a generous, round and succulent palate. The mid palate shows lovely synergy with a burst of fruit, hints of exotic spices and tannins that glide through to the fresh and lively finish.
Perfect with a traditional Cassoulet, Kabuli chickpea, spinach and red onion pasta.
