Tasting Notes: This wine has a refined and clear personality. Intense aromas of red fruit, bright berry and black cherry , with a touch of spice. Smooth, elegant and full-bodied. The palate has all of Valpolicella's appealing fresh cherry and ripe bramble fruit, along with added weight and complexity from maturation in oak. Supple tannins lead to a finish of delicate sweetness, offset by fresh acidity. Pair with meat dishes, barbecues, medium and aged cheeses.
