Tasting Notes: A concentrated ruby red tends to violet, limpid and thick wine, a lot of consistency, colors the glass when it comes into contact with the wine. The initial vinosity gives way to a variegated spiciness of cocoa, licorice and black cherry in alcohol, overall an elegant and excellent quality. Robust, full-bodied, with a dry slightly sweet taste, excellent acidity. The soft non-invasive tannin improves over the years. In the finish, return of the black cherry fruit and subjective preferential sensation, long and very pleasant.
