Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in color, this wine has a rich nose, with hints of toast and vanilla as well as aromas of citrus fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with concentrated, ripe fruit balanced by lively acidity. Creamy, ample and expressive. A wonderfully, classy, polished wine. Great with rosemary risotto and scallops, cheese, lobster, crab, roast veal and sashimi.
