Tasting Notes: Full-bodied, intense ruby red in colour with purple hints and harmonious tannins. Black cherries, raspberries, candied apple, white pepper, prunes and blonde tobacco. Can be enjoyed after 5 years in the bottle and pairs nicely with the great Piedmontese cuisine and white truffle. It is a long-lasting wine with a potential of at least 15 years, always mantaining the fresh colour of its varietal. Stradivario, with its great character, is only produced during the best vintages.
