Region: Campania, Italy
Varietal: 100% Coda di Volpe rossaÂ
Tasting Notes: A Rose` Wine produced from a very rare indigenous grape variety, the “Volpe Rosa” is the result of a traditional vinification which involves spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a 2-day maceration. Then it ages in chestnut barrels for 1 year and 6 months in the bottle. Lively, rustic and invigorating freshness plays a leading role on the palate, which makes the sip agile and vibrant.
