Tasting Notes: Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Citrus, aromatic, very pleasant bouquet in which grapefruit is highlighted. The taste is harmonious, persistent and of excellent freshness due to the consistent acid structure of the vine. Of medium alcohol content, it is a wine to be consumed within the year following that of production in order to better enjoy its organoleptic characteristics. Aperitif wine to be enjoyed even outside meals. Recommended with raw fish and shellfish preparations.
