Tasting Notes : Complex aromas of peaches, papaya and a hint of passion fruit are supported by a lovely lime zest. Fresh lime, stone fruit and guava drive the palate, followed by creamy nutty notes and a refreshing finish with hints of minerals. Great to drink now but will age beautifully.
Aged 3 months on lees, minimally fined and filtered. Certified organic by NASAA.
