In 2012, fifty years after the founding of Cantine San Marzano, Collezione Subito was born. As a non-vintage wine, it has been designed for the occasion, a precious blend of the best red grape varieties typical of Salento. Powerful and structured, with a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits and spices.
