Region: Uco Valley, Argentina
Varietal: 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Malbec, 10% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc
Tasting Notes: A blend of deep color and shocking violet reflections. On the nose it is a basket of fruits and spices amalgamated with the notes of vanilla provided by its aging in French oak. Of intense aromas, where red fruits are discovered like plum, and floral like violets, typical of Malbec, a grape that also provides certain menthol notes, fused with spices and hints of ripe quince contributed by the Merlot. For its part, the Cabernet Sauvignon provides delicate notes of paprika and very ripe red pepper, which the Cabernet Franc ends up making more complex with its exquisite aromas of black and red fruits such as currants and ripe currants. The aromatic richness of this blend is completed with the typical mineral notes of the area. it's a wine Complex, full-bodied and structured, with sweet tannins. With a persistent finish and potential for an outstanding evolution.
