Tasting Notes: Full of elegance and precision that will be perfect for an aperitif. This cuvée offers additional purity and tension. Made from Chardonnays from the Grands Crus terroirs of Chouilly and Oiry and Premier Cru of Mareuil sur Aÿ, it is a very balanced cuvée between greed and finesse. A specificity brought in particular by the vines which are on average 38 years old. Grower champagne. Dosage 4g/L.
