Tasting Notes: This is an opulent and darkly concentrated expression with black fruit flavors that build in strong and tall intensity. This wine is aged in large oak casks, and the tannins are extremely well integrated. Spontaneous fermentation, long maceration, Wine Unfiltered and dosed with little sulfur. Aged 12 months in steel vats, 36 months in Slavonian oak casks, 12 months in bottle.
