Tasting Notes: Pale Gold. Intense ripe fruit bouquet of marmalade, peaches, apricots and a hint of vanilla. Luscious layers of very sweet ripe apricots and peaches. The texture is rich, round and complex. The palate is beautifully balanced with very concentrated botrytised sweetness mingling with superb acidity giving a very long succulent finish.
