Tasting Notes: This rich wine comes from the Grand Cru location "Fürstentum" with its calcareous soil. After the harvest, the must matures on the yeast in the Fuder for twelve months and the wine later ages in the bottle for two years. This is how lush aromas of exotic fruits and a clear mineral spiciness develop. A great drop with a lot of melting.
