Tasting Notes: The nose is slightly seasoned with apples and aromatic herbs. Most white wines have a character are just refreshing, but this has lemon-curd character with delicate, flinty and chalky notes. Really concentrated, but still sleek and crystalline with an amazing stony finish. Drink now or any time through at least 2025.
