Varietal: Blend of 62% Chardonnay & 38% Pinot Nero 

Tasting Notes: Soft pink, with an exuberant froth and a subtle perlage. The nose reveals beautiful notes of white peach, wild strawberries, rose hips and toasted bread. In the mouth it is austere, fresh, dry and at the same time enthralling for its grace and elegance. Hints of sweet almond and black currant outline the line up to a particularly persistent finish.
