Tasting Notes: Gleaming purple. Luxurious nose of overripe black currant, truffle, saddle leather, cigar box and garrigue. The palate is rustic, animal and savory yet superbly balanced by swaths of dark berries and sweet spice before a pleasantly bitter, salty finish dotted with chewy black fruits.
