Tasting Notes: Amazing aromas of blackberry, blueberry pie, dark plum, intertwined with notes of chocolate and vanilla. Dense black fruit with brooding complexity, concentration, and seriousness. Solid, rich with superb length. This wine is fabulous now and will age for 7-12 years. Serve lightly chilled and allow to decant at least 30 minutes. Pair this wine with red meat, game, and aged cheeses.
