Region: Rioja DOCa, Spain
Varietal: Blend of 95% Garnacha & 5% Tempranillo
Tasting Notes: Ruby red and purple, corinth and silver, bright and clear. In the glass, the passage of minutes opens up the protected wine. Overcome the shyness, the cherry in syrup is diluted and the pulp and juice of the watermelon, the nectarines, the ripe apples and the velvety quince emerge. The slight fragrances of wood, white pepper and vanilla typical of aging red wines that play to wrap the fruits, presenting them on a very mineral base, almost of wet flint. Raspberries and strawberries flow with red orange in a texture of delicate unctuousness and citrus nerve. Fat and silky, creamy and floral, dark chocolate.
