Tasting Notes: Light gold colour. A fabulous sparkling wine with super finesse and intensity. Very fine bead of bubble. Complex and subtle aromas of cooked apple, lemon, bread dough and light toffee. Full-bodied, yet agile and bright. Dense and intense palate.
