Tasting Notes: Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light crimson hue. Fragrant aromatics of spicy dark raspberries, ripe red cherries and a faint whiff of liquorice blossom from the glass followed by confectionary. Delicious flavours of ripe dark raspberries, plums and liquorice decorate the palate giving it a juicy mouthfeel. Underpinning this vibrant fruit are notions of vanillin confectionary with a spicy bright finish. Velvet smooth perfectly interwoven tannins. Long spicy dark raspberry, ripe plum, liquorice, confectionary and faint earth aftertaste. Succulent, ripe and spicy.
