Tasting Notes: The Podere San Giuseppe, an old stone farmhouse in the Fattoria Mantellassi, gave its name to this selection of Morellino di Scansano DOCG. In January following the harvest, the best matches of Morellino are selected, produced in the vintage, and passed in small French oak barrels for about six months. After a few months of aging in bottle, the wine has excellent organoleptic characteristics: a fine and excellent Vinous scent, soft and balanced and a sensation of freshness and pleasantness in taste.
