Tasting Notes: Fruit is sourced from up to 10 Barossa vineyards predominantly coming from the higher altitude, cooler sites of Eden Valley. The wine allows a preview, or snapshot, of the vintage quality to come. The wine always receives 12 months barrel maturation in a majority older French oak (228L, 300L & 500L), 5% of which is new, allowing the vintage and Barossa character to show clearly.
