Tasting Notes: A brilliant Burlat cherry-red appearance, beautifully intense, include a purple fringe. Fine and greedy concentration of black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry), spices (pepper) with a hint of toffee. Upon aeration, a complex strength with a mature expression and rich aromas of stewed fruits, spices (cinnamon), vanilla and cedar. Very aromatic wealth. Full bodied attack with fine tannins, reinforced by fond acidity. Scented notes of ripe, toasted bread and liquorice, violets and coffee scents. Tonic and persistent with a young bitter, sweet spices and pine scents. Great potential of aging.
