Tasting Notes: This Malbec was made from select vineyard plots at the Finca Miralejos, located in Paraje Altamira. The stony and calcareous soil of this terroir is expressed in this wine’s verticality and minerality. A bright red wine with dark hues. Its intense mineral aromas are reminiscent of wet stones and chalk, with notes of small red fruits such as cherries and strawberries. A smooth wine, fresh and vertical in the mouth, highly tense and robust, with balanced acidity. Its red fruit, fine tannins and roundness are vigorously expressed in the palate, ending with a long lingering finish.

Pair with game meats of strong flavors, such as deer or wild boar, marinated in herbs and served with roasted vegetables.
