Varietal: Blend of 60% Garnacha Blanca and 40% Pedro Ximenez

Tasting Notes: It shows notes of dry hay and straw and pungent flavors with a notable stony minerality in the dry finish. It's still a little marked by the oak and finishes a bit dry. It's medium-bodied and has moderate alcohol and ripeness and marked spicy flavors. 1270 bottles produced.
