Tasting Notes: Brut sparkling organic and vegan wine comes from the vinification of the Glera grapes of our plains of Treviso. Traditional wine, the Prosecco sparkling wine whose white vinification preserves the quality of the grapes, has a very bright straw yellow and harmonious, fruity taste reminiscent of rennet apples. Excellent with light dishes and with sushi and vegan sashimi.
